Consultation
This session will evaluate your experience and proficiency in the the Olympic Lifts (Snatch + Clean & Jerk) as well as foundational movements such as squatting, pressing and pulling.
Coaching Session
This session will cover movement corrections and give feedback to the lifter to improve in a variety of areas. This can be technically focused or feedback as the lifter progresses through their programming.
Programming
Work with our coaches to create a lifting program designed to help you achieve your goals. This can cover a variety of durations and goals whether that be compete in a weightlifting meet in a year or gain 10lbs of muscle in the next 3 months.
